Industrial Doors

Industrial Doors

1-Industrial doors are wide enough to allow the entry and exit of products and vehicles in industrial and storage facilities
are doors that are suitable for application in openings and have high insulation and security features
Industrial type sectional doors, hinges and wheels mounted on two sides of the panels, wound to drums
By means of the power of torsion springs, which move by sliding on the side rails with the help of carrier steel ropes
facilitating the movement of the door, the transition with the type of bearing to be determined according to the existing beam dimensions of the site
should minimize the loss of height at the point .

2-Panel Features
2-1. The panels are polyurethane filled with a density of 40kg / m3 between galvanized steel sheets.
2-2. Panel thickness should be 40mm.
2-3. The thickness of galvanized steel sheets should be 0.40mm.
2-4. Panel height should be 460mm, 500mm, 560mm or 610mm.
2-5. Inner and outer surface sheet pattern has the appearance of orange peel, belly, flat or striped model panels
Available.
2-6. The heat conduction coefficient of the panels is 0.604 k (W/m²).
2-7. The standard color on the panels is RAL 9002, and if desired, any color in the Ral catalog
must be paintable.
2-8. The wind resistance of the door should be EN 12444, Class En 12424, Class 3.
700 Pa = 71.38 kg/m2 or 0,109 (k N/m²).
2-9. Water tightness value of the door EN12489,Std. Class EN 12425 (resistance to water penetration) Class2
Must be. Sealing is ensured by EPDM gaskets.
2-10. The air permeability value of the door must be in accordance with EN12427 and the wind permeability must comply with EN 12424 standard.
Sealing is ensured by EPDM gaskets.
2-11. The sound insulation value of the panels is RW (C;Ctr) = 28(+2,-2)dB R'w=26dB.
2-12. If the door width is more than 5100 mm, in panel joints, against impacts and wind load,
reinforcement profiles for strength enhancement, support sheets in panel joints, double side
There should be hinges and long shaft wheels.
2-13. The door handle should be on the bottom panel, which can make manual opening and closing possible when the door is in manual use.
2-14. Door width up to 5000 mm, 840 * 1840 mm service door application should be possible.
2-15. Plexiglass window on the door panel if desired to ensure light transmission
should be able to be applied.
3-Rails
3-1. The rails are made of galvanized sheet with a width of 2" and a wall thickness of 2.0mm.
3-2. Spring loaded bumper at the top of the door rail for safe stopping and braking at the moment of door opening
systems (stoppers).

3-3. At the end point of the return rails, there should be a profile connecting the right-left rail.
3-4. Door rail, strut and support profiles, bearing types (standard, low, high, guillotine, special etc.)
it needs to be compatible.

4-Hinges and Wheels
4-1. Carrier hinges are manufactured using galvanized sheet.
4-2. The wheels moving within the rails should be made of noise-canceling polyamide.
4-3. Using galvanized sheet metal to provide hinge and wheel connection on the right-left edges of the panels
There must be side closure profiles manufactured.
5-Torsion Spring

5-1. The torsion spring consists of spring break safety system (optional) and fittings.
5-2. Thanks to torsion springs that compensate for the door weight, the user can open the door manually without difficulty
must be able to turn it off.
5-3. Torsion springs to balance the weight of the door must comply with DIN17223 and 15,000 cycles standard
If desired, there should be spring usage alternatives with 25.000, 50.000, 100.000 cycle life.
5-4. Arcs should be painted. Thus, corrosion is prevented in the future.
6-. Rope
6-1. Steel ropes that ensure the healthy operation of the door, 6x19 = 114 pieces of wire around the polypropylene core
It should be coiled and resistant to a stress of 200 kg/mm².
6-2. Rope break safety system to prevent the door from falling after the door ropes break,
should be presented as standard.
7-Sealing Equipment
7-1. On the top panel of the door, the top sealing gasket and aluminum top sealing gasket profile
should be used.
7-2. On the lowest panel of the door, ensuring the sealing between the panel and the floor, exactly the door to the floor
seated, bottom sealing gasket and aluminum bottom sealing gasket profile should be used.
7-3. The rubber wick used under the door should be suitable for the application of Pneumatic safety system.
7-4. Special joint section to ensure sealing between the door panels and sponge gasket along the panels
Must be.
7-5. Sealing between the door panels and the upper and side walls, flexibility up to -30º C
protecting, rubber must be present external sealing gasket.
Motorized or Manual Use of 8-Door
8-1. The door must have the possibility of motorized, calaskal or manual use. In motorized use, power failure
The door must be able to be opened and closed manually.8-2. If the motor is not desired, depending on the door dimensions in manual use, caraskal (manual opening and closing with chain)
mechanism) should be able to be applied.
8-3. Optionally, in the rubber gasket under the door, the downward movement of the door
In case it encounters an obstacle during the period, make a soft touch and turn it back upwards
The pneumatic safety system that provides the application must be possible.
8-4.Optionally, the deadbolt lock system should be applied. It is not recommended in motorized systems.
8-5. Cardboard packaging should be applied in the packaging of the panels
