Ramp and Bellows

DORMATIC LOADING RAMP

1-Loading Ramp General Description The loading ramp eliminates the level difference between the loading vehicle and the loading ground, forklifts, etc. loading vehicles and employees, by moving comfortably and safely, shortening and facilitating the loading-unloading time. The engine, which is controlled by the loading ramp button, provides its movement by means of an electric hydraulic piston and pump. The principle of operation of the telescopic type loading ramp is that it sits on the crate of the lipinloading vehicle, which moves forward under the main platform after the main one rises. As a result of the long lip length of the telescopic type loading ramps, it is possible to reach the loads at a farther point from the factory surface than the hinged type loading ramps.

Features of 2-Ramp Mechanical Part

2-1. Comply with the European standard EN 1398.

2-2. It should have a mono block frame with static resistance that can be installed on the pit floor with or without a blind case.

2-3. Platform hair thickness should be 8-10 mm with tear drops.
2-4. Lip hair thickness should be 12-14 mm with tear drops.

2-5. Lip length is 600mm length as standard and can be up to 1000 mm long if requested.

2-6. Loading ramp carrying capacity 6000-9000 kg. is.

2-7. The standard color is Ral 5010 and paint should be done after double layer anti-rust application.

2-8. There should be a safety bar that prevents the platform from falling during maintenance or service.

2-9. There should be hooks in appropriate places on the ramp so that the ramp can be moved and placed in the pit.

2-10. During the approach of the loading vehicle to the ramp, there should be rubber bumpers in the form of a rectangular prism with dimensions of 75 * 95 * 285 mm in front of the right-left part of the ramp in order not to damage the ramp.

2-11. The recommended take-off and landing heights of the ramp main platform should be +32 /-32 cm.

2-12. In the event of a power failure while the ramp is in operation, there must be a solenoid valve lock so that it does not fall down and the loading can continue.

Features of 3-Ramp Automation Part

3-1. Motor voltage should be 380 V 50 Hz 1 HP (0.75 kW).

3-2. Must be a maximum pressure piston in accordance with EN 1398 standards.

3-3. The operating temperature range should be -10 C / +40 C.

3-4. The sound level during operation should be maximum 70 dB.

3-5. The maximum output power of the control unit should be 2 kW.

3-6. The control unit protection class should be IP54.

3-7. There should be a dial-up type on-off switch on the control unit.

3-8. There should be an emergency stop button on the control unit.

3-9. The platform height should be adjustable with the up-down operating button on the control unit.

By means of 3-10 electric hydraulic pistons, motion is transmitted to the main platform and lip.

DOCKS

1-General Definition of Loading Bellows The loading bellows are applied in order to protect the loading products and the loading personnel from the external weather conditions by enclosing the trailer of the loading vehicle.

2-Loading Bellows Material Properties

2-1. The loading bellows must be flexible and collapsible to meet the impact of the vehicle loading and unloading.

2-2. There should be hygienic, polyester, pvc curtain on the front surface.

2-3. PVC tarpaulin should be 3 mm thick 900 gr/square meter, 1100 DTEX, DIN 53352 standard, tear strength 2188 N, fracture strength 2300 N/5 cm (DIN 53356).

2-4. PVC tarpaulin flammability must comply with DIN 75200 standard.

2-5. PVC tarpaulins should be resistant to all weather conditions and abrasion, anti-static, stain-resistant.

2-6. The color of PVC tarpaulins is black as standard and can be produced in different colors in our color chart.

2-7. PVC curtains on the side surface should be 600mm, PVC curtains on the top surface should be 1000 mm.

2-8. The depth of the loading bellows should be 620 mm.

2-9. The standard dimensions of the loading bellows are 3400 * 3450 * 620 mm and can be produced in sizes up to 4200 * 4500 * 1000 if requested.

2-10. Special aluminum profiles are used on the outer surface of the loading bellows and steel profiles are used in the internal construction.

2-11. All metal parts used in the loading bellows must be galvanized against rust.

2-12. Special tenons should be used at corner junction points.

2-13. There should be white bands on the front surface so that the cargo vehicles can dock at the loading bellows, especially during night use.
